Share Media Agency will collaborate with the 41st annual Art Deco Weekend to market and develop this year’s theme, Art Deco Around The World 2018, in anticipation of the Festival’s full rebranding.
MIAMI, FL August 8, 2017- The annual Art Deco Weekend is the Miami Design Preservation League’s marquee event and a FREE community festival celebrating architecture, preservation, education, history, art, culture and entertainment. Attracting over 150,000 people last year, MDPL’s signature event is a major part of their initiative to preserve, protect and promote historic preservation in the Art Deco District and greater Miami.
Taking place over 3 days, this year’s Art Deco Weekend will once again return to Ocean Drive, in Miami Beach, FL, and will comprise over 85 events including a Fashion Show, Vintage Car Show, the Bark Deco dog show, and many other events. The full event schedule will be released soon.
Additionally, this year, Share Media Agency and the MDPL aims to take the festival global by inviting the rest of the world to participate in interactive, integrated online social media campaigns geared at showcasing the unique characteristics of Art Deco architecture. Share Media agency will assist the MDPL in driving the online conversation by soliciting image submission through social media, creating an international cultural destination for all art, architecture and culture enthusiasts.
